Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Zibit plans sold by Curious Minds LLC("Zibit"). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries related to payments, invoices, and refunds, and handles returns.

1. Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account billing settings (or via the Paddle customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that period ends; we do not prorate unused time on cancel.
2. Refund window
We refund the initial purchase of any paid plan in full if you request a refund within 14 days of that charge. Renewal charges are non-refundable by default; exceptions may be approved case-by-case by Zibit staff where required by law or goodwill.
Consumed AI voiceover generations and already-served published deployments are opportunity costs and are not grounds for a partial refund outside the 14-day window (see our Terms of Use).
3. How to request a refund
Prefer one of these paths (all go through Paddle as Merchant of Record):
- Open paddle.net and choose Request refund, or use the "View receipt" / "Manage subscription" link in the confirmation email Paddle sent you.
- Email Paddle at help@paddle.com.
- Or email us at support@zibit.app from the address on your account and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.
4. Chargebacks
If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact us or Paddle first — that is almost always faster than a chargeback. Questions about an order, invoice, or payment method can be raised with Paddle at paddle.net at any time. Paddle’s own buyer terms also apply to transactions it processes.
