Three ways to get help, matched to your plan

Start with email on every plan. Paid plans add live chat. Organization plans add a dedicated account manager who already knows your work.

Email support

Open a request from your account and we follow up in your inbox. Email is included on every plan, including the free trial.

Every plan

Live chat

Talk to a real person from the Support panel in Zibit during business hours. Outside hours you can still send a request and we'll pick it up by email.

Paid plans

Dedicated support

Organization plans include a named account manager who knows your project, your installs, and your goals—so you aren't starting from scratch every time you need help.

Hands-on support

Training and extra hands when you need them

Beyond tickets and chat, we can run ideation workshops, train your team, or step in as extra hands—from hardware and content through design, launch, grants, and RFPs.

Team training

We train your staff on the editor, the Zibit player app, and day-to-day publishing so your team can own the experience after launch.

Ideation workshops

Facilitated sessions to explore ways to use Zibit in your space and rapidly prototype ideas so you can see what works before you commit to a full build.

Hardware consultation

We recommend displays, players, and networking for your space, traffic, and reliability requirements.

Content development

We craft copy, media, and interactives that tell your story and hold attention on the exhibit floor.

Design and development

We design the experience and build production-ready experiences on Zibit, from UX polish to launch.

RFP consultation and grant writing support

We help you shape scope, budget, and story for grants and RFPs—from evaluation criteria and vendor fit to funder language that reads clear and compelling.

Does Zibit offer hands-on support or training?

Yes. Beyond email, live chat, and dedicated account management, we offer team training, ideation workshops, and hands-on project help—including hardware consultation, content, design and development, and RFP and grant writing.

Start a hands-on inquiry
Can Zibit help write our grant or RFP even if we don't have a project scoped yet?

Yes. Grant writing and RFP consultation both start before a project is fully defined—we help shape scope, budget, and story alongside the funding or procurement process.

Start a hands-on inquiry
Do I need Zibit software if I use your hands-on support?

Yes. Hands-on support is help on the Zibit platform itself, from strategy through design and content—not a separate build outside the product.

Start a hands-on inquiry
How long does a typical hands-on engagement take?

It depends on scope. Focused ideation workshops, team training, or grant and RFP support can start right away, while full design-and-development work is planned around your content, hardware, and install date. We'll map milestones during intake.

What's the difference between hiring Zibit as an in-house team vs. self-serve on the platform?

Self-serve means your team builds and manages projects directly in Zibit, with email, live chat, or a dedicated account manager depending on your plan. With hands-on support, our team can train yours or handle design, content, and development on your behalf—acting as extra hands without the overhead of hiring an in-house developer.
