Viewing Your Subscription Status

Keeping track of your subscription helps you stay on top of your team's access, plan limits, and billing cycle — especially when you're building time-sensitive experiences like a museum opening or a seasonal exhibit. Whether you're on a trial and want to know how many days you have left, or you're ready to download an invoice for your institution's finance team, all of your plan and billing information is available in one place inside Zibit.

Check Your Plan and Billing Details

To review your current subscription, head to your account settings. Look for the navigation panel on the left side of the Account page — this is your Account settings sections sidebar. Select Subscription from the list to see your active plan, billing cycle, and payment details.

If you need to upgrade your plan to unlock more projects or displays, this is the place to do it. Any changes you make here take effect right away, and you can revisit this section at any time.

Open the Account settings sidebar and select Subscription to manage your plan.

Checking Your Plan and Trial Status

The Account page shows your current plan tier, billing period, and — if you're on a trial — how many days you have left. This is a good place to check before you start building, so you know what features are available to you.

You can get back to this page any time by selecting your workspace name in the top navigation. Nothing here affects your projects, so feel free to explore without worrying about making changes by accident.

Managing Your Payment Details

To update your card, download invoices, or review billing history, head to the Account page and click "Manage payment in portal". This opens Paddle, Zibit's secure billing partner, in a new tab where you can make changes at any time.

From the Paddle portal you can swap out a payment method, grab a past invoice for your records, or update your billing address — all without affecting your projects or content.

You now know where to find your plan details, trial status, and billing history whenever you need them. From here, there's more you can do to get the most out of your Zibit account:

  • Upgrade your plan — If you're on a trial or a starter tier, explore higher plans to unlock more projects, displays, and collaboration features for your team.
  • Add or update payment details — Keep your billing information current so your experiences stay live without interruption.
  • Download invoices — Share receipts with your institution's finance or procurement team directly from the billing section.
  • Review your display limits — Check how many displays your current plan supports before rolling out to additional screens across your venue.
  • Invite team members — Once your plan is confirmed, make sure the right colleagues have access to collaborate on your projects.
